WEC Championships...favs..?

The WEC bouts are upcoming & 3 titles are on the line...who's got favs...? I say Faber, Fihlo will keep their titles the other 2 bouts I'm unsure about.

I don't see Faber losing and from what I've seen of Fihlo nobody in the WEC or UFC or the world will beat this guy!!

no fighter in WEC will beat Filho ..He'll be in UFC soon hopefully challenging Silva or Henderson for the title..Faber will win his fight he's solid..im also looking forward to the Pulver fight

i hate to be negative here but, is anyone else less than impressed with the ecw?.. they say they are not any less competitive than ufc and that guys like little eveil ect prove that by coming into that organization.. but, so far, i dont see any of the guys having much of a shot with a top notch ufc guy..

Hey Lats buddy,
I was quite impressed with Chael Sonnen. I think he would be competetive in the UFC. I think he would have continued even if Fihlo had ripped his arm from his shoulder!! Jens Pulver looked amazing. Even Charlie Valencia put on an exciting match. Faber completely dominated and I can't see anyone beating him though it will be interesting to see him and Pulver dance. I enjoyed the whole card tonight and am really looking forward to Liddell vs Silva and GSP vs Matt Hughes. A long overdue boost in caliber by the UFC.

: .. i agree the fights were entertaining.. my issue is the whole fact that little evil comes to the new organization because of the 145 weight class.. but, look at what he did to cub.. 30 seconds and its over.. he knows it will be easy there.. at least for awhile.. i think they have some good fighters but, i dont think it is ufc caliber.. at least not yet.. but, hey.. i have been wrong many times before.. my wife just told me i was wrong twice in less then a hour lol.. she may be on to something..

The fact that swanson shot in so quickly was his undoing. I really wanted to see those 2 throw some stand up. I don't think the outcome would have been different but Cub would have appeared alot more competitive. The same sort of thing happened in the Rhino fight it ended before any exchange of shots were thrown. How about a new rule in MMA.....you must do stand up for the first 3 minutes before going to the ground!!! Unrealistic, I know but sure would be fun to see. Maybe we should add you vs your wife to the upcoming UFC card. LOL

I have to agree with this ..I can only see two WEC fighters that can compete in the UFC. Carlos Condit and Paulo Filho

UFC doesn't have a 145 pound class so pulver had to move if he wanted to fight at that weight (the weight which he is best at) but nobody on planet earth at 145 can beat faber, i can't wait for pulver to try but when faber totaly destroys pulver i think that will show that if he wanted to move up and go to the UFC then faber could certainly do it and probaby have that belt, the dude is just impressive as hell, for him to do the crazy moves he does but yet never hardly make a mistake then that is saying something, and do get your back taken by a gracie ju. blackbelt and never even bat an eye and get out calm and cool as a cucumber is saying something. the lil blond headed surfer dude is a freaking beast in the cage!

Penn, Kenny Florian, Clay Guida etc.
Hopefully after Faber beats Pulver he'll move up so we can get too see.
