Austen 3 weeks out from CA Body Building Championships

Here is a young man I took under my wing since he we 19. He is 22 here. Our original goal was the San Jose Championship in 7 weeks. We discuss it and decided why not go in the CA. He is currently sitting at 236 at 5'10". I think he will do alright at the CA, but there is some big boys. This is just some quick photos in my back yard.

Looking so good so young after only 3 years of solid training can only be the combo of two things: amazing genetics and perfect guidance. Seems like he's got everything covered...

Very nice! The best part is that since he's in-shape, you can use the CA as a practice run of sorts (of course still hoping to do as well as possible) and see how his body acts during peak week, then bring him in at 100% for the San Jose. Good luck!

Yes, it is picking up and so is other work in this area.
