I just found out that I am able to weigh in friday night(show sat). I am more than likely going to be the tallest guy in my weight class 6' 175. Last saturday i was 178. After weighing in at 175 i want to be as big as possible for prejudging but dont want to sacrafice holding water. I was thinking of carb load wed thurs. Cut total intake down on friday. Try to dehydrate as much as possible for weigh in. After weigh in takin some water and begin another carb load.
Anybody have any suggestions?
