I'd say it's a sign of training at 7:00, drinking over a gallon of water between training and last meal, then going to bed at 10:30.
And I monitor my bloods (every 3 months) and blood sugar. PSA is consistently under 0.90.
I'm 48, so I'll get the doc's finger up my butt in a couple of years, so we'll see if "looking" under the hood reveals anything more.

I'm only 220lbs and I get drop around 5lbs at night. Usually I drop more when I'm cutting than when I'm bulking.
One thing I found helped was taking a 5mg of cialis in the morning. Relaxes prostate muscles a bit and seems to releive getting up to pee too much. I used to be 4x/night, now I'm down to only 2x/night.
This would definitely be amongst the priorities to tease out. Nocturia induced large volumes of urination in conjunction with headaches upon walking. Something that shouldn't be neglected to pursue.
