Advice on Night Sweats?

Any way to stop having night sweats while on trenbolone?

Looking for advice where I can still keep carbs in my diet.

It's okay if I sweat a little bit but it's pretty wild every night and I'm grossing the wife out as it seems like I've pissed the entire half of the bed every night.

I always have night sweats on any androgens, no remedy so far

so r u saying this histamine raising thing happens with all androgens to a certain extent but tren is the worst offender? if so, is this antihistamine/DAO combo advisable on all cycles? i personally dont really get any other sides from AAS that tren is usually known for besides maybe a small increase in night sweats, but i kinda get night sweats anyway and a fan on me at night easily remedies it, even on tren and DNP together.

Hormone fluctuations in general can irritate the mast cells. Tren is just far more androgenic than most other compounds hence most don’t feel these issues (if related to mast cells and histamine).

Night sweats shouldn’t be a common thing IMO. If you’re on DNP, clen or T3 that’s a different discussion.

Do I believe someone should be taking supplements or medications they don’t need? Absolutely not. But remember most of us here are running high amounts of gear which is no exception. We will have to do things to keep our health as good as we can while doing so. If we are smart and want a good quality of life during and after this sport anyways.

Keeping histamine in check will change the quality of your life and sleep. I’d venture to say far more bodybuilders have issues with it than normal people given we keep androgen levels so high.
