Im trying to help a friend put on some muscle. He is an Ectomorph and has limited appetite. How do you incorporate extra whey and Gainers into the diet. Do you take some with each meal, do you add it in between meals, etc...? I personally think that he is so lean he can eat pizza etc.. but he is stuck on the weight gainers.
