im not using any of it. i saw these on a site lol. im skinny enough i woudlnt bother ever taking weight loss stuff. my bestfriends fat n i was gonna help him lose weight lol

Cardio is #2
drugs come after.. t3/clen I think is a great stack if your blood is clean. an OTC burner like Hydroxycut is good as well.
