any of you guys try doing cardio with weights? like instead of walking or whatever take some 5lbs weights and do some squats or clean and press or shadow boxin just to get your heart rate up. i seems like it would give some nice varity and might be pretty effective if move back and forth from upper then lower body stuff to move your blood around instead of just walking. if you use weights low enough it probably wouldn't interfer with recovery ethier..
what do you guys think? i'm talking short sessions 15 mins or so, maybe warm up with jumping jacks or something for 30 secs then go straight into a routine with no rest between movements.
