And its in a good amount of pre workout supps.

So that'll do it.

Along with Cialis type drugs as mentioned above.

I work at a supp store this shit is in everything. Probably why you see all the running noses.

I'm 40 and I blow my nose a bunch of times while I'm working out. I work out alone and I work out pretty hard. While I perspire it increases mucus in my nose. When I go to get a drink of water at the fountain I blow my nose so I can breath properly during my excercise without it hampering my lifts.

Weird you should mention this since I noticed having to blow my nose constantly while I work out the past year or so. Never thought about it. Thought it was just dust/allergens in the air at my gym. Going to have to pay attention to others now.

Chewing gum prevents me from grinding my teeth during heavy sets , which I tend to do.

I'm 28, 275lbs... other than when I have nosebleeds I don't need a tissue in the gym. At my gym there are a number of large thirty somethings, I haven't noticed them blowing their noses.

I'm 26 and 268lbs don't know if that counts as one of the big boys but myself I train kind of a mix of DC and power lifting. I blow my nose a couple times a work out do to the rest pause of DC got to be able to breath in that short 10-15 sec rest I get. Not to mention when I'm getting into some power lifting movements got to have a clear nose for the 700lb plus deads.
