As I posted a month ago I tore my pec, benching 500 for reps, Tore it, but it could have been alot worse. Took 1.5 months from the gym lost 7lbs, looked better. HAd more ass after me than you can imagine. Anyway I was 225lbs, no water and lean on monday. Started to lift again, and BOOM! back to 230 by Thurs. Fucking amazing, My body needed a break to I think, I still cant bench any real weight yet, but can do everything else. I do machines, and get a nice pump, but I have to tell you, at 37 yrs old, and getting hurt 500+ bench presses are over for me, Its all about reps, I hope to get back like I was before i got hurt as far as reps. I could do 275 for 20 on incline and 315 for around 15-16, and 405 for 12 on a good day. BUT I"m BACK, and I tell you what, now matter how good I looked not working out, I love going to the gym.
