what are nice areas to Live in?

I just graduated from school and I really do not want to live in this area the rest of my life. I'm live in western PA and I hate it here. second largest popluation of retired citizens in the country and its just a dead place to live. Forbes magazines rated Pittsburgh the number one worst city for singles in the country as well.

I am looking to moving somewhere to near the coast,FL, AZ, or Las Vegas possible. But I really don't know where. I would be just picking something out of a hat.

I was wondering if those of you who live in these areas could comment of what the area is like (how fun is it,night life, women with implants, etc) and how is the economy doing in that place.

City Island in the bronx. Its on the water and its great. In the summer there are always tons of people here, they all come to go out to the restaurants there are tons of them. It is also only about 40 mins away from manhattan. Its a really nice place to live. If you have any other questions jsut ask.

good luck finding a job in Florida. Chicago is a god place for singles, downtown is a huge orgy...lol...it's $$$ to live here though. Plenty of jobs though paying good money.

here in tenn we are laid back. not the hickville that the south is known for. not all here is counrty musicc. rappers as well as r&b,classical ect all record here. there are a lot of music rpo,s who live here too. from garth brooks,micheal mcdonald,natilie cole, bb and cc wyons, hell tina turner from tenn.
we have some good nite life, clubs, pro football,minor leauge baseball, pro hockey, getting back arena football,, just a few.
only a stones throw away from atlanta, the great smokey mountains.
we have a new nascar super speed way which is soon to be expanded to indi cars. we have lottery now and someday casino,s. also home of the bonnaroo music festival which starts tomorrow.
plenty of hooters resturants at least 5 in nashville area
and furure home of 7 golds gyms . great places to eat and have just a good time.

what is your field of work that you are looking for?

I have visited and lived many places but nothing seems to compare to AZ. My wife and I just went back eact(Maryland and Hilton Head, SC) to visit family and it was like we had gone to a different planet. You really can't explain the difference in words, you have to experience it first hand to truly understand.

Also, if you are looking for hot women with implants then Scottsdale is the place to be. The clubs/nightlife is amazing.

Well your not going to be single for ever... don't want to raise your kids in a party town. I live in Tenn and its full of Crack and racial problems. I'm moving back to NH soon. Nice place to raise a family and its close to Boston, best of both worlds.

Ive lived all over the place, grew up in LA. Spent 10 years in Austin TX, Last 2 years I was working in Fl and kept my hope in AUstin and now Overseas. austin has got to be the best place Ive ever lived. It Just Rocks!

It's all about the Aloha bradda!! I've lived on Oahu (Hawaii) for over 20 years. Economy's pickin up, lots of beautiful "hapa" girls, excellent weather...tan 365 days/year, good gyms, crystal clear water, beautiful beaches. Did I mention the beautiful local women? Great place to raise a family depending on your profession.

Palm Springs

I just got back from Plam Springs. Nice place but you need money there. Great weather, 2 Gold's and 1 World gym and a few smaller
Palm Desert may be a beeter choice

I've heard by a few people that the hawaiians don't really like white people there. Like they are pissed that we took their country or something. My buddy goes to college there and said the somonan dudes hate the white kids and the women show no interest. Most of em anyway

i have been asking this question HERE lol for the past year, i was thinking of everything from CA vegas FL and thialand... comming from Detroit MI, well im living in Orange County CA now in a city called Buena Park and I like it a lot.... it sucks at first not knowing anyone but I really like Orange country, and lots of work for me.

Conan...not true, well maybe a little but for the most part, Hawaiians as a people are incredibly warm and willing to give you the shirt off their VERY large backs. I should know, I married a half Chinese half Hawaiian local girl and bradda...they show interrest! Her family accepts me with open arms "ohana".
You need to understand...Hawaiian's were screwed over just like the Native Americans...it's understandable why some hate Haole's (white people).
Understanding and recognizing a people's culture not only shows respect but shows that no single culture is better than another.

Seriously nobody makes more money then those in NYC area job for job. Ya cost of living is crazy BUT the trick is to put your 20-30 years in, retire with your NYC money/pension/whateva and move to a nicer cheaper place. Most NYers usually wind up retiring and moving to florida.
