What krill oil brand you guys use?

I don’t use Krill Oil but maybe this is a good alternative;

I use NutraPro Virgin Cod Liver Oil, they claim to not alter it from its natural state and 1 teaspoon contains; 5,000IU Vit A, 500iu Vit D, 6iu Vit E and 1200mg Omega 3 fats..

Yes,this suff is expensive. This was the same brand Dante used and tested in the past with favorable results on his lipids. Even on a blast my HDL stays over 50 and LDL never goes above 125. My triglycerides are always less than 80 as well

Wow that's really good to hear.thanks brother. I'm go with that brand.yes it is pricey I was looking at it.

But I think its worth every penny

Now Brand Krill

I've been using Now's Neptune Krill 1000. I take 2 caps a day. I don't know if there's any difference between it and a good high quality fish oil.....probably not, but just in case. Sometimes I take more.

When I saw how much the krill populations have shrunk in recent years. They are fishing 200 miles farther south just to find any. I switched back to other products that have a lot of science to back them up.

It looks like the Swanson krill oil is about half the price of Viva naturals krill oil.I know Swanson has a good reputation so I am going to switch over and save myself a couple of dollars every month. Thanks for posting !

That's the answer we all need. Some say yes, while others say no. If you have a high quality fish oil supplement such as Carlsons, you can't go wrong.

Yes, they are a reputable brand....one of the best. I wouldn't have recommended them if I didn't think they were any good.

Rhonda Patrick has an article on it I believe... The type of fat makes the difference. Phospholipids in krill are easier to absorb
