I just cannot seem to tolerate any kind of moderate downward pressure on my spinal column. I did some clean and press on the power rack on monday and my freaking back is killing me. I was not doing what I would consider any weight. I had 105 on the bar.
I am afraid to try to squat but that's what I need to get some leg development. I can do light hip sled. I just cannot get my legs to grow on leg extensions and curls.
Of course my gym does not have a seated calf machine so I cannot even work on my calfs.
I'm getting pissed, I'm growing everywhere but my legs. All I'm taking is some trenadrol from Hernon, which actually seems to be pretty decent.
I don't know what to do anymore, I guess I could use a lifting belt and see if that helps at all.
