my buddy who does a lot of MMA traning, started doing a seated rope machine workout. you set the resistance you want and start pulling. i tried it and it kicked my ass, it seems to work every muscle in the upper body. set low resistance for cardio. and high resistance for strength. anyone try this? how is it for mass? i remember the rowers in college had real broad shoulders and backs. i figure same concept.
