Nothing wrong with questions per se, even so called newbie questions. There are basically only newbie questions in this activity in the first place. Drug dosages, training dosages and diet dosages is basically the only things to discuss. This particular question is bit irritating because there are no answers, no one has made any convincing arguments about the timing being in any way relevant. Decades of debates though. I have had a few questions about LR3 but there is no one to answer them. For example, how was it decided around 100mcg is an approximate working dosage? Seems to me someone pulled it out of his ass. Just like Palumbo pulled out of his ass the rule that no more than 10mcg should be taken in a day (or 2iu of GH is the maximum beneficial dosage).

I did a little run of it for 30 days. I took it pre-workout in the mornings and had really great pumps! My coach recommended 30 days on, 2 weeks off but ran out and just haven't gotten any more yet.
