do you guys find it difficult to actually "train" with all the stuff you have to put into your stomach when you use slin preworkout ?


that was the biggest reason why i didn't like using it pre........


also to one of the posts above, if you shoot slin IM it starts a little faster than subq for certain

You need to dilute it more.

My only suggestion would be taking the Huperzine at least 30 mins before the Hex... You would want it in you well before taking the shot

One more thing... Pending what you've eaten earlier in the day I would say more aminos/protein intra. 30g really isnt that much and your post workout meal will take a while to digest.

Im no expert just what I would do :)
 
I think if using pre workout insulin it's a good idea to take in slow released carbs (rice, sweet potatoe, oats) and of course protein before injecting. Then have your intra shake and post workout shake/meal. The preworkout meal doesn't have to be just before the slin but have one in there approx 1 hour pre training.

At the moment I am using pre and post slin at the highest dose I have ever used. I do 10iu pre and 15iu post workout. I have a meal like the above before using slin. A large intra shake and another post workout. Then a whole food meal slightly later. Lot's of supps are added into my intra shake so the insulin can shuttle everything into the muscle cells.

How much carbs are in your intra?

I remember when I experimented taking similar amounts of Humalog. I ended up getting fat.

Now mind you at the time. My insulin sensitivity was shot. Thanks to GH.

I always wondered had my sensitivity been optimal. Would I have put on muscle instead?

Now I use 10iu R with 75g hbcd + 30g peptopro

Currently only at 5iu pre and really the only issue seems to be I will stay surprisingly flat sometimes, even with tadalafil and pump supplements paired with it. Almost wonder if my blood sugars just trend low in general like some people have mentioned and my body can't get in the groove with that. Even with a 90g carb meal a hour pre, shot 30 min pre, 50g carb intra with eaa during the 90 minute workout and a 1.5serv of isolate immediately post, 25 minutes after that protein shake blood glucose is 65-75mg/dL,then a 70g carb meal goes down and a hour after that we're usually sitting 90-100mg/dL again. (Just a brief overview) Normally I sit low anyways, fasted is always right around 80mg/dL

Looks good. I would dose the adrol and tadalafil about 90 mins pre. As the above stated huperzine a is best slightly before even just 15 mins difference. You have plenty in the whey but I would up the leucine to 5g from 3g. 5g glutamine would make a nice addition too. Your plan looks solid though.

It's an old thread so can't remember the details. Although I pretty much always do at least 10g carbs per 1iu slin. When dosed around training the chances of fat gain are minimized. I also like to dose 3ml synthetine with slin to minimize fat gain. Another thing I do if using less carbs is load up the aminos and glutamine to help prevent hypo. Although my mindset is get the most out of the slin as I just mentioned I tend not to risk going hypo with unnecessary low carbs. If your sensitivity is higher you should get better results. Your starting point (bf%) is another major factor too. If you ever use higher doses again start carbs at 10iu per 1iu but look at lowering them over time but really loading up on the likes of eaa's, peptopro, glutamine, l-carnitine, citrulline malate etc. Always drink your intra shake very slowly too as it last from just before training to just after.
 
I train fasted first thing in the morning , 2iu gh with 5iu Hum-R and have no issues at all. Great pumps in the gym and don’t have that full feeling in my belly. Now I worked up to the 5iu, started at 1, I do drink my bcaa’s mixed with a scoop of protein and keep glucose tabs on hand. I can tell when I feel like I’m getting low and can need some quick dextrose. It’s been a great protocol for me. I’m putting on size and staying lean.

I like humilin -R just prior, this way it hits about an hour into my workout.
By then my pre and intra shakes are readily digested and blood is engorged.
I have completed my heavier sets and ready for the Extreme pump to finish off the Workout.
The last 1/2 hour of Supersets is the Fun part, but also Painfull!!! lol

That protocol looks solid, would try something similarr without post workout peps.

because youre forcing the pulse. Your body wouldn't naturally pulse with insulin that high...but theres nothing natural about ghrp. you will release that pulse regardless of anything else
 
Slin works great post workout as a nutrient shuttling aid.
I think most prefer slin preworkout with a good intra workout drink like Milos proposes.
 
For you guys who add the huperzineA what was the minimum required again? Was it 25mg or 50mg?
