ahh man, someone else asked the question I didn't want to... "is walmart protein (body fortress) good stuff?" I don't know, man, the shit is cheap, yes, but I don't know about the quality, either. It's nutrition label says that it's good whey (isolate or filtered or whatever), so I've been buying it... but I suspect that it's not the good stuff. I don't know how much of a difference this makes, or not, in terms of protein utilization in the body, but I drink that sludge all the time. I know the grit you're talking about, too... at the bottom of the glass, it's kinda like sand. Hmm. I'm a cheap bastard when it comes to supplements, because I don't think that it's worth an extra 30 bucks for my protein, but who knows? Have they ever run any tests on low end protein vs. high end protein? I'd be curious about this.
