I am not sure how old you are but your motivation should be what mine is now. Don't waste a single minute. I just turned 50 and wish I could go back in time and complete all those workouts I skipped in my 20's and 30's. I feel like the sands in my hour glass are dropping faster than ever. I GET to train with weights 6x per week. I GET to do some type of cardio activity 5-6x per week. I am blessed that I GET to do this. I hate my off day because I "can't" train. To me, that is lost day. I know it is necessary for recovery, but I still get antsy about missing a day. One day I won't get to do this. I am doing the best to live in the moment, right here, right now. You should too. Being able to train is a blessing. Don't take it for granted.
