What mcgs of MGF are everyone using?

What dose do you use and do i do the dose all in one pin and shoot it in each muscle trained or do i shoot lets say 200 mcgs in each muscle worked?

I split up 200mcg's into the muscles worked..haven't heard of anyone going higher than that..best to ask a guru like ron from genesis.

I routinely dosed 500mcg Post WO. Though DatBture has mentioned he's noted some who've used 1-2MG and experienced great results.
