Hi everybody!
I've just finished my first ever cycle of
test enathe 500mg ew -week 1-10
dbol 30mg ed - week 1-4
I've gained 35 lbs with about a 2 % bf increase. Now my bf is about 15 %
stats now
5 10"
216lbs
20years old
But I'm really wondering how I should train and eat when I'm coming off.
I've been training HIT, Dorian Yates style the last 4 weeks. I've read that you should lower the volume when coming off, but HIT is very low in volume itself. How should I train ?! and what about strength in the next weeks ?
The anabolics have deffently given me a increase in appetite even if I've gained a lot of new muscle. Should I lower my calorie intace now ?
I'm also planning to join a show in oct next year(will be my 1st). How should I use the next ten months to get in best shape thinking of types of cycles and cutting/bulking (It would be nice to be in quite nice shape in July and Aug also)
that was a lot of quiestions, but hope you can help me a little out here !
