Use the whey first thing upon waking up and/or immediately after your workout. You don't need N.O. boosters or Recreate. I would leave the creatine in there though - creatine monohydrate works great, cheap, too. Forget the N.O. boosters, they are expensive and do nothing but give you a pump. In fact, Viagra would have a more potent effect than the N.O. supplements you take - try that before a workout sometime. Are you at your natural limit? What are your stats? What kind of food do you eat on a daily basis?
