What should i do, cycle question

as of tomorrow ill be on for 8 weeks. im really wanting to do this show at the beginning of july, with 16 weeks of dieting that would make my diet start march 1. im wanting to hit 240 by march 1, which is like 11 weeks or so.

should i bulk until march 1, then come off for a little while, or just stay on, what the hell should i do? im a bit confused.

What is your weight and BF now?

Remember that when you start, the goal is to get as ripped as possible. Size without definition isn't going to get you anything.

xcel, right now im 5'10 225 at about 14%, i woulnt say any higher though for sure, maybe lower. i havent gotten it checked yet. im just wanting 5 more lbs of muscle would be great. i know thats asking a lot in 2 1/2 months, but it would be nice.

Got Juice

You can do it. Just make sure you eat enough protien and limit your simple carbs.
Gaining enough wt is usually because of eating more cals and getting enough rest. Training is a given.
Try taking you protien up by 20-30% and see what that does for you. Also add in some of the good fats (CLA, flax, olive oil) to get the extra cals if needed.
 
greath thanks for the advice mike, im looking forward to seeing how everything comes together. if im not happy w/ my reuslts after about 8 weeks, like i feel to small etc. then ill just be lean for the summer i guess. then pack on more size for next year in the winter.

At this stage, I'm having difficulty gaining weight while staying "somewhat" lean. I'm really looking forward to working with DC. I truly believe that he can help add AT LEAST 15-20 lbs in 2 - 4 months (without a lot of fat gain), if not more. He even had some encouraging words for me about working with previous clients that were of similar vintage to me :)
