Ok I'm new to this site, and I have a few questions. First-when the new year starts I plan on going on "journey". I want to do a few things to change my physical appearance. RIght now I weigh in at 143lbs 5'4 3/8ths and my measurments are 34-29-39 2/3's. I want to be a 25 in the waist, I want to add a few more inches on to my hips/buttocks (syntherol????) And I want to add a few inches on my thighs, but tone them up as well....anything I can take, or I should be doing in particular. I dont want to BULK up...I dont want to be a bb'r I just want to be toned but I want to add a few inches here and take a few there....any input?
