What supplements truly help your joints

My knees have really been bugging me and I am looking to hear some feedback on what supplements work well for joint discomfort.

I already take alot of fish oil and now thinking about trying cissus after talking to a buddy of mine. He seems to think the world of it.

It's funny you bring up humanofort. This is the only board that ever talks about this particular product. I highly doubt it works. The only way I would try this product is if someone gave me it to try and by the way, I remember when this product came out and everyone I talked to, said the could not tell a difference.

By the way, they were using this product for a couple of months and not days.

Currently taking Ipam and CJC1295 w/o DAC @ 100mcg(each) 3x/day

Used to have joint pain in elbows when doing heavy bench, heavy weighted dips, knee issues when squat. Well, been on for about 2-2.5 months and no issues. I'm not trying to "push" it, but it worked for me so I'm sharing my experience

1 flavor of gear that will help a bit is Deca. Deca will cause you to hold a lil bit of water around the joints. Eliminating that dryness that comes along when getting super lean and dried out.

It works very well for me and a couple of buddies that use it.
Havn't had any joint issues since use.
