There are times where I've trained so damn hard, drank my drank...not purple...and I have ZERO appetite. What then...force it down...or is best to let my body tell me when to eat?
If you have trained long enough you should know that is just your body telling you you are exhausted and that is why your body is not telling you your hungry but I will guarantee on those days if you were to prepare your normal postworkout meal and take a bite ,, you would eat it and want more food ,,,I could bet my life on that
