WHAT TO DO FOR ELEVATED LIVER ENZYMES..........

Last Thursday I had a full blood panel done (comprehensve metabolic profile,lipid panel,etc.). I called he dr.'s office today and they told me that everything was within normal limits except for 2 liver tests. My AST was 43 and my ALT was 83. My cholesterol was good at a total of 136 (HDL was 43,LDL was 84 and triglycerides were 51). Fasting Glucose was perfect at 92. I asked the nurse what I was supposed to do and she said nothing. She stated that the dr. was not overly concerned about the numbers. I had just finished a mild prohormone cycle a couple of weeks prior to the blood draw. What can I do to get these numbers down or are they not overly elevated? Thanks in advance for any help.

those numbers arent to far out of the normal range-since you just finished a prohormone cycle they should return back to normal shortly

do nothing and they will come back down so fast, you will be shocked. Just don't take any orals or anything. Take it from me, I was in disbelief when my liver enzymes were 2.5x higher than the normal range and a week later, they were back in the upper normal range

Completely true.

But synthergine and liv52 are great products.

What was your GGT? Chances are your liver enzymes are completely normal, and the elevations you are seeing are from lifting. If you worked out within 2-3 days of the test then that is probably it...

Numerous things will spike your liver values. Alcohol, orals, working out etc etc.

Synthergine is extremely effective and if you are not scheduled to have
another set of bloods done soon is almost guaranteed to lower your values
just to make sure.
