Last Thursday I had a full blood panel done (comprehensve metabolic profile, lipid panel,etc.). I called he dr.'s office today and they told me that everything was within normal limits except for 2 liver tests. My AST was 43 and my ALT was 83. My cholesterol was good at a total of 136 (HDL was 43,LDL was 84 and triglycerides were 51). Fasting Glucose was perfect at 92. I asked the nurse what I was supposed to do and she said nothing. She stated that the dr. was not overly concerned about the numbers. I had just finished a mild prohormone cycle a couple of weeks prior to the blood draw. What can I do to get these numbers down or are they not overly elevated? Thanks in advance for any help.
