My current workout plan is this:
monday-chest
tuesday-legs
wednesday-arms
thursday-back
friday-shoulders
saturday- Doing anything i slacked on again
I am looking to mix it up just to do somethign different as I have been doing this for years. I am thinking doubling up muscle groups a day instead of just one would work, but not sure how to do this. Let me know what you guys do for some ideas
