What will happen to me if i went 2 weeks without working out, and during those 2 weeks eating very little, and about 5 days out of those 2 weeks i literally got no sleep at all and ate absolutely nothing, only drank water. i'm about to start working out again but i'm kind of afraid of how weak i became. Will these unhealthy 2 weeks mess me up that bad? will i have lost a lot of muscle and strength? And if so, will i be able to gain it all back quickly from muscle memory or something?
By the way if you're wondering why i wen't 5 days without eating or sleeping it was because for some reason i fell into an extacy binge, taking it 5 days in a row. Never took it before till then.
