What will happen to me if i went 2 weeks without working out, and during those 2 weeks eating very little, and about 5 days out of those 2 weeks i literally got no sleep at all and ate absolutely nothing, only drank water. i'm about to start working out again but i'm kind of afraid of how weak i became. Will these unhealthy 2 weeks mess me up that bad? will i have lost a lot of muscle and strength? And if so, will i be able to gain it all back quickly from muscle memory or something?

By the way if you're wondering why i wen't 5 days without eating or sleeping it was because for some reason i fell into an extacy binge, taking it 5 days in a row. Never took it before till then.

I did stop, like i said i never did it before until 5 days ago, i don't even know why i did it, i was with a group of friends who were all doing it so i guess i was kind of pressured. I never really ever did drugs anyways, when i was a kid i smoked weed for a couple years but not anymore. I drink kind of frequently though but that doesn't mess with my appetite or sleep. I'm generally a healthy person, I eat about 5 healthy balanced meals a day. I take multi vitamins and fish oil pills. I drink about 2 or 3 protein shakes a day, and i take creatine. But, the last two weeks, i ate shitty, took no vitamins, protein shakes, or creatine, and got very little rest. so i want to know what to expect when i start working out again tomorrow.

drinking frequently and hanging out with a crew that pressures you into taking ex is not compatible with the healthy lifestyle and discipline it takes to be the kind of person you think you are. you have to find new freinds that support you in your diet, training and bodybuilding endeavors.

They must have been jacked with speed, 5 straight days on just 5 pills! Well then again it was your 1st time. Livin and partying in vegas thats just a normal experience :p ...Anyway i know your concerned, but as long as your ok now. Just chill. Dont stress out about what little weight you lost, it could have been way worse. Rehydrate yourself, start a mild detox, and get back to eatin, training and being good. Next time, really think about the consequences and ask yourself is it worth it...I am about to head out to some post UFC fight partys so I will be sure to consider my own advice :D
 
I'm no expert, but that does sound more like meth than ex. Ex wears off after a few hours, then you can sleep with no problem. Meth/speed,, however, will keep you up all day and night, no appetite, etc.
 
Like others have said, stressing out will make it even worse. You should be angry with yourself....but just to an extent. The good news is that you didn't damage anything permanently, and you'll be back to your old self in a week or two, tops. Just try to get back to a normal schedule, in all respects, as best you can. You will actually appreciate your boring old workouts, sleep, eating, etc. much more after this!
 
First the fatherly lecture.......WTF were you thinking. Ok now That I got that outta my system. As others have said. Start rehydrating big time. Get back on the eating and start bumping up your protein in a big way. Get some quality carbs into you and eat some good fats. Get back into the gym and start off a little easy at first and let your system readjust to training. The next time your friends want to fuck themselves up like this tell them they are on their own. It is not worth it, you have lost two weeks maybe more from your LIFE!! Keep this up and the years get chopped of the back end of it. You die a yound man, get it!! This shit will catch up to you in later years. Consider that the next time you want to poison yourself!!!
