What is the best creatine on the market? I've never really used creatine and never will. my brother asked me and i told him celltech, not sure if its good but if you have used creatine, which ones the best?

creatine monohydrate has been around the longest and is also very cheap.

I am not a fan of muscletech products because their ads and claims are misleading.

I don't see why anyone who is interested in bodybuilding would "never" use creatine... do you have a reason for this?

that stated creatine mono was the best, and only for certain body types. I'll try to locate it.

Never used it and never will???? Thats sad! To me, creatine is the best supplement on the market outside of protein powders. And for the record I use regular powder. No need for any of the fancy stuff because your muscles are still going to be saturated after a couple of weeks.

Its very good. Didn't upset my stomach like the other stuff i had did and
starts to dissolve as soon as it hits the water. It's not flavored so you can
mix it with anything you like and won't know its there.
