i was reaading a thing about old time strong man who did a wt. dip with 435 lbs...at 200# ...and 10 sets of 10 with 220 during normal workouts...
whats the most anyone has done or seen anyone do...?
i would not consider myself great at dips...but do 135x8 ...fairly easily towards end of chest workout...
what's a good goal to reach for...
