I think I know who I would talk to...

It sounds like you've been very reasonable, and aren't asking for anything out of the ordinary. You just want your money, and you've even offered to accept it in installments. I might have even put an interest rate to that. You've searched the public records, were you able to find any of these "alleged" court documents? All of this scamming business is just not right. Not in a group like this, where you guys have to constantly worry about LE. I mean, you guys got enough to worry about, let alone dishonest crooks. That's just not right man. Then again, my family never would take bankruptcy and I guess I got a better education in this stuff than most. If you owe someone money, then you pay it however you can. If they don't want to pay it, then its important that others know about their dishonesty.

I was telling all of this to JWBH and he told me that he has been thinking BBB=Shark Boy. He said he remembered reading an old thread with both you guys in it and RM said something that sounded just like what BBB would have said. He wondered then if these two people weren't the same.
