Any advice on which type works better. I went to order kre-alkalyn and various supplement stores have kre-alkalyn EFX and kre-alkalyn 1500. Hard to tell if there is much of a difference - the EFX is a bit more expensive. - but may be worth it???

Micronized and CEE has always worked for us.

Personally use the EFX Kre-Alkalyn and love it.

id use efx before i used sci fit ive seen on another site where a lot of sci fits stuff doesnt meet label claims! Either way ive never noticed much from any type of creatine i wish i did.

AAEFX kre-alkalyn has given me stomach issues which is exactly what it says it wont do, i switced to Sizeon today so i will give my opinion soon

I really like celltech, but hate the bloated feeling it gives you, so that's why I switched to cellmass, I like it so far.. but I still like my two teaspoons of regular creatine with my oatmeal in morning also

EFX kre-alkalyn powder the cherry taste pretty good too. blood tests showed that my creatine levels were very high so i know the product is legit not just going by the results in the gym.

I got the 100gram/65 serving bottle and i can tell you that there has to be twice that amount in the bottle i have been using it for 4 months. more than one serving a day too
