when aspirating big chung of puss came in

First time happened,as always i do shoulders, i hit right shoulder aspirated and big chunk of some heavy liquid came in to the syrenge. I pull out discard the stuf fand syrenge, get new one , do the same and again same thing. I squeezed it in the sink and looks like puss. Could it be bec i always do shoulders and stuff just built up? I have no infection or anything.

Probably a depot that didn't get the chance to dissipate. Or worse case scenario, a sterile abscess.

You might want to visit a doc and check your blood for an infection, you might need some antibiotics, that could get worse.

Depending how you pronounce the "U" in puss that can just conjure really funny images

You need to follow the same procedure you would if you had an abcess, go in with an empty syringe to same spot and pull back on plunger pulling the puss into the syringe. If the syringe fills up, don't remove the needle only the syringe and screw on a new empty syringe and repeat until you only pull blood. Other option is wait and hope infection doesn't get worse, if it does then you can try my method or go to the ER which will set you back $$$ and they'll cut your ass in half.

Why would you only pin shoulders in the first place?
Youve been a member for a while and have obviously read about the negative consequences of pinning the same spots.

Sounds like scar tissue and a sterile absess. I suggest that you use other spots for pinning and leave your delt alone for awhile. In the meanwhile, go get some anti biotics.

If it's an abcess, then trying to "drain" it with syringe yourself is just not safe. There's no way to tell if you got it all out or if you are spreading it.
