I agree. So many guys jump on the "more is better" bandwagon without giving low doses a shot first. I made gains on 200mg/wk and I am 200+ lbs. And from what I've read, the top BBers in the 70s and 80s were only low doses compared to what guys take today. If you're at the elite level, obviously it's different, but I suspect 400mg should be plenty for most users.

Top BB'ers in the 70's had access to all pharma, as most top BB'ers still do today. I trust that the UGL's I use aren't bunk (blood tests can verify that) but they can't tell me if they are underdosed or not. I'd rather err on the side of "too much" than "not enough". This is also how I treat my protein intake.

When I see people saying they are on 2g of Tren, and they are still living, I often think the shit MUST be underdosed.

I assume that 2gs (or even 1g) UGL is still more than 400mgs Pharma, but I see your point.
