Git a question here but a lttle background 1st to help.
I did a show in May followed by a rebound cycle for a month. I continued with the cardio too and as a result didn't gain a lot of fat. I had it in mind to do another show in October so in reality i didnt feel i had enough time for a PCT or an effective time off.
This has resulted in me cruising on Test' E once/week for the last 6weeks.
Now i go on holiday beginning of August for 2weeks which very unfortunately only leaves 8 weeks to prep for the show date. Asa result of this i started dieting 3 weeks ago and intend to try not blow out to much on my beach holiday. I will also be training whilst away too and do cardio.
The question is, do i start my contest cycle when i get back ( advice on that would be considered too ) or do i have a couple of big shots prior to going ( can't take nothing with me ) as if doing a rebound, to get it in my system for while im away and have me ready to go on my return, eg, say 1g Sust the day prior to traveling.
Your views and advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated due to knowledge of you all. Cheers
