Thanks for asking. Iam finally back to training hard again. I am going to try to put up 300 before the end of the month. It is funny, because just a few weeks ago I was doing 135lbs . LOL.. The pec looks great and I am trying to do a show somewhere here on the east coast SOON. My quads and hams haver really come out the past few months. So maybe in a way the pec tear was a blessing.

If ur lookin for an east coast show theres a few here in jersey, although i dont feel like u comin here takin my spotlight haha. j/k im just hoping to place well cause these are the biggest shows of the year in jersey and one huge one in NY. The jerseys are Golds Classic Oct 30th, and the East Coast Championships nov 6. Last year both drew light heavy classes of about 20 guys and heavies of like 10-15 not to mention Vinnie Galanti who won Nationals middleweight in (i think 96) was defeated and Rob Jiminez who placed 10th in nationals few yrs ago took 3rd lol and the guy who took overall at the NY platinum show got 4th. The Eastern in NY drew a light heavy class of like 25 guys and heavies of like 20. Big shows, although the super heavies had a big class n were all garbage.
