Which Hawthorn Berry/Extract Product?

Sorry I got confused...you're saying Hawthorn Berry would be the LAST thing you add in for heart health? The several things above are first priority in your mind?
Whose ubiquinol and magnesium do you trust?


My general thought process would be if Now's Hawthorn Berry is good...that something better can be found but I have no facts to back that idea up.

I use TP ubiqinol and Source Natural Ultra mag (has every type but oxide which isnt easy to absorb)

If you find a better Hawthorne let me know. Take BP daily at same time, if a better one can be consistent. I would put it higher on my list.

I for got to mention here and possibly other conversations, I juice 1 small beet with the chard still attached. This is excellent for heart, BP and overall health. If not juicing try beet juice power. Raised and maintains NO fore a long period of time.
