Which sterile oil would you use to decrease site pain/swelling?

The title is self explanatory, here. I've got to dilute my oils because they're causing undue swelling/pain. The question here is which oil to use? I tried asking for sterile oil sources earlier (with a disclaimer saying that if this was not appropriate for the board then please delete it) and it was promptly removed. Please bros don't let me go over to steroid.com. I really don't want to. Help me help me!

Ethyl Oleate is my favorite carrier.

Be careful with EO because some people are allergic to it.
The two most common oils are cottonseed and grapeseed. I would even go grab a whatman filter and run it through there after diluting.
About .25mL for each 1mL of product should substantially ease the pain. If not try .50mL

bump... went to a vitamin shoppe today (the only place in town that stocks grapeseed oil) but didn't get it because it has vitamin E in it. Any ideas?
