Who lives in Vegas?

Planning a trip to LV -- who on lives there and can point me to the best Golds. Looking forward to the trip!

Golds on Flamingo & Sandhill
Those are both no bs hardcore weightlifter gyms, no floofy bullshit or eye candy

If you want that, the closest one that is not quite a full on "health club" would be
Golds on Buffalo and Lake Mead
You will see people like Jay Cutler around noon on any given day at either of those.

If you really just want the eye candy, go to LVAC on Rainbow and Lake Mead
or Golds on Eastern and Sereene

this one is ok in the mornings while no one is there. When i go in the mornings i hit that one at around 5:30 am cause its the closest to my house.

Vacationed out there last year with my wife. LVAC on rainbow was good. I just had a cab driver take me there and asked about the closest good equipped gym. I dont need a "hardcore gym" or a fitness center. If it has equipment(barbells dumbells and the occasional leg press, leg extension im good to go. No evironement makes me work harder or what not. I make my own intensity.

Same here, went out there and met an old friend, he took me there (LVAC)and some nice eye candy for sure, i went to the other golds while i was there though and saw Paul Dillett and Dianna Deniss( who was still hot at 50 years old) one of those golds told me that Craig Titus used to workout there but they banned him for being such an asshole.

 

[The Myth]

I am not quite sure which Gold's I was at last year during the USA's, but it was nice. It was actually the Gold's where they did a lot of photo shoots the Sunday after the show.

when I lived in Vegas, I trained at the one on Flamingo, this is the one where Jay Cutler trains at sometimes, if you go on Bodybuilding.com at all and watch Bob Chick's Road the the Olympia, you will see Gustava training at this Golds...there all good, this was just the closest one to my house and easiest to get to, right off of the 15...

Jay has mostly been training at the LVAC on west flamingo lately. All of the golds are decent, except the one on Stephanie. As stated above, Flamingo and Decatur are the closest to the strip.

Dianna Dennis was always at the golds on decatur training young aspiring figure amatures when i was there in the mid afternoon's.

I agree on the "make your own intensity" theory as well, i tune everything out while im working. LVAC suck so bad because when you walk over to get some dumbbells, theres 50 guys trying to work in front of, and use the same set you want. Theres idiots doing curls in the squat racks. Just mass amounts of people in your way at all times using the stuff you want to use. I hate having to alter my routine for them because something is in use and those pricks wont let you work in with them.
