so it looks like this cup quinoa (SP??) cup of mixed berries, 4 tablespoons of dextrose all mixed in together with 1 tbsp of honey MAN ITS SOOO GOOD and it makes my pump last longer than my 100gr waxy shake. Im guessin its because there are a spectrum of carb sources in it?? someone help shed some light as to why this is. ive been doing some research and its all i can come up with.
