This thread was incredibly informative and I've went and ordered some and I am very excited to try it out. I just want to clarify something for you guys though. You guys are way too focused on using it pre fasted cardio etc. It really doesn't matter, the entire point is to saturate the skeletal muscle with carnitine. Dat and Big kept repeating this, but guys keep coming in asking when the magic time to take it is haha.
