Hey guys I work in the depths of hell. Las Vegas and 4 floors beneath an unbuilt casino. It averages 105 and around 25% humidity where I work. I sweat non stop for 8 hours as well as climb up and down 12+ flights of stairs all day while carrying loads averaging 80lbs. I go through about 1.5 gallons of water a day before I leave work. So knowing my conditions should I still keep at my 3 days of cardio a week. ( 2 split 30 minute sessions per cardio day - 1 high intensity the other mild intensity)
I am eating 3500 cals a day currently while not on juice and still retaining 12%bf and holding at a steady 170lbs. Im about to start my next cycle(bulking), should I drop the cardio off completely?
