Want to harden up, thinking about this:

Weeks 1-3 50mg/eod
Weeks 4-8 75mg/eod
Week 9 50mg/eod

Any thoughts?

Also, I've thought about doing some spot inj with bis and tris, anyone done this with win before? If so, how was it?
 
Was contemplating putting some EQ in there, I hear it helps with your vascularity, true? I don't have any experience with it and want to know if anyone here does and what their take on it is. much thanks guys
 
yeah but i would do 100mg eod of winny with either eq or tren maybe a test like sust. imo 2 cents worth...........forgot your other part, i have shot winny in both bis tris only swells once thats gone so is the size. i use sytherol now 1/2 way through my cycle then maintance. imo............peace bro.

I've taken sust before and loved my size and strength gains, I just hated the water retention that cames with it. If I took Sus with Winny, would the water retention be as bad? Would a Test P, C, or E be a suitable substitute?
 
wouldnt do winny alone, test base is always a good idea.

winny w sust will still harden you up and keep water low.

test P would be the best substitute, EOD or ED, for even lower water ret

spot inj of winny does suck, uncomfortable. stick with the larger muscles (glutes, delts)

EQ and win is also a great combo, vascular and thick veins EQ (test/dbol based), and harden and striations from win (dht based)

EQ and win could be good without test base but better with

Pesty, this is why I'm here asking the questions. I'd rather have you guys tell me what I'm thinking is wrong than to do it and come back and complain that I didn't ask first. Here is my current diet:

Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 pc wheat toast, 3 sausage, glass fat free milk, protein shake
Meal 2 (snack): banana/apple
Meal 3: (varies) grilled chicken breast or grilled chicken salad or 8 oz steak with sweet potatoe and protein shake
Meal 4 (snack): banana/apple
Meal 5: same as 3
Meal 6 (snack): fruit and protein shake

Please tell me what I should remove, add, any changes.

I know that the DIET is the most important part, so how about some help

Seriously, your diet is shithouse. Why dont you hire Alex Azarian, Shelby, MainEvent etc. Otherwise you be wasting precious time eating garbage crap and not getting anywhere.

That DIET is horrible. You need to understand nutition and forget about AAS for now.
 
Pesty, BigChef, thanks guys. I appreciate the blunt honesty. I'd rather have that than someone say, oh doesn't look bad, just keep doing what you're doing. It sucks, but like I said, thank you! Erasing and starting at square 1.

One thing as a bodybuilder protein should be the base of every meal.

And Kudos to you that you really seem like you want to learn.Will get to your goal faster.

I do want to learn, I thought I had somewhat of an idea, boy was I wrong! HAHA
I played professional baseball, so I know it gets frustrating when someone asks for help, then argues the response they get. When a kid or parent asks me to help them and I have to fix mistakes crappy coaches have made, they don't always like what I have to say. I've told parents not to call me if they are going to argue my teaching methods. I teach the way I played, with high intensity and no regard for bumps and bruises (on the baseball field). Parents pussify their kids and don't like it, some of them. The ones who do the principles I put in front of them, these are the kids that succeed. I'm going to post some pics of when I played and also of now. Keep in mind I'm only 27, so still young. I have some pictures of my leg from and accident and from now, need to get them up asap.

But once again, thank you guys for your help!!!

One thing I would suggest as a beginner would be read Body for Life by Bill phillips.It is very basic and the nutrition is very simple,yet solid place to begin.It will give you a basic understanding of putting together a protein and a carb each meal for your six small meals per day.Again it is basic and you will outgrow it and learn more,but a good place to start.I have personally seen some serious transformations from people following his plan.

The training in the book is O.K. for a beginner and intermediate also,I don't know how advanced you are at the moment? but check it out.
And continue to come on here and read about compounds and cycles while getting diet and training down.Its a marathon not a sprint,so do it right and healthy.

No worries mate. I dont want to sound like an asshole prick nor does Pesty but we care about people getting the right info and learn because we learn from our mistakes. Pesty knows alot more than I do and he is very helpful and respect member on here.

I would rather you guys come across as pricks by telling me the diet is shit, which you did (telling me, not coming across as pricks), than to say it's fine and me get nothing from the diet. But you don't come across as pricks at all, like you said, you care about people getting the right info. If people don't like the blunt honesty, they should go somewhere else! Once again, I really appreciate you guys taking time to help me out

I would consider myself an intermediate in the gym. I've been lifting for 11 years, I'm 27. Most of my lifting was sport specific, baseball, and just started getting into heavier big body movements for the past 5 yrs. I've been hitting the weights hard since my career ended and wanted to start bulking up. I feel I have a good base, and want to start building on it. I'll definitely check the book out, thanks again.

See, Pesty, BigChef, SmallTownIron, kid1dakota: all these guys saw my crap diet, said something about it, then proceeded to give some pointers and a little direction. If you are going to comment about the crappiness of this meal plan, then at least say something that will improve it, otherwise don't post on this thread. Adding healthy fats to a crappy diet won't help it
 
i would include either protein/fat meals or protein/carb meals... Preferably protein/carb in the morning and post workout and protein/fat later in the afternoon and at night... and if youre serious abt your diet I think its time that you start making your own food and not relying on your mommy to make it for you
