Can anyone tell me if you can use Waxy Maize starch whilst on a low carb diet??What I mean is,let's say you were doing a low carb diet,let's say 50g/day(just hypothetically speaking),and lets say you need to stick to 50gr/day or you wont lose any bf,as that is your limit(any more carbs will cease bf losses,again hypo. speaking),and if you were to get 50g from regular carb,would using a particular amount of wms cause you to be over the maximum 50g??
I know that it is sugar free and it gets digested 80% quicker than other carb sources,but I'm not sure if you would be able to use it on top of your regular amount of carbs and still not be over your limit.In other words,does it need to be added in your daily carb intake??
