Just looking for some advice on working out at home...my husband is deployed right now making it difficult for me to go to the gym with my 1 year old daughter. I have a treadmill and weights up to 15lbs. I've dropped 70lbs since having my daughter but as all ladies know it's hard getting those last 10-15lbs off ecspecially when i can't go to the gym and what my daughter is eating for dinner looks better than mine Any advice on workouts i can do at home to really tighten up my legs and stomach and help shed those last 10lbs. Here is an example of my current diet:
Morning: 6am - Protein Shake
9am - weight control oatmeal
12pm - chicken/veggie/brown rice
3pm - Cliff bar
6pm - Chicken/Turkey/veggie burger/with veggies
