yep aussies 3 goals last 8 minutes,hay i read an artical of youres some time ago that i cant get out my hed,i hope i got the right person , it stated that you onley train to 70% of youre max and keep the rest short between sets ,4 sets of 12 reps 3 excercises,the way ive been training is 3 sets per ex, but reps are 5-8 heavy,the draw back to this training is that i have to weight 3 mins between sets, so im in the gym for 90 mins,im going to take a shot at youre style of trainig.
