Would fasting every now and then be beneficial for fat loss on hgh?

I know I've read it before about people fasting on hgh but how frequently is beneficial and is multiple times a week going to hurt fat loss.
Any other benefits besides the pain relief from the lubrication is a plus.
 
Maximum fatloss occurs when insulin is low and GH is high.

So in theory, fasting should help.

Whether it works in life? try it out - it seems to be working well for me.

Some people only believe in calories in vs out

So far i've been doing it for 3 weeks and its great for Fat loss.

However, i strongly feel u should do it everyday to see its benefit.

Every now and then, only produces minimal results.
 
I do a day or two fast (only dinner) a week when I'm on cycle to accelerate the fat loss, just reducing overall calories.

Most likely. That's what I do now and been doing for awhile. I train first thing in the morning fasted. But I do sip on BCAA's on the way to the gym and through my workout. Have a hydrolyzed whey shake right after, and then a meal about 45 minutes later.

Then I'm eating something every two hours until about noon. Then fast again until the next morning workout. I do relax on the weekends some unless I'm wanting to really lean up.

I just adjust the macros of the meals I do eat too reflect what I'm trying to accomplish at that time.

I feel great, have been as healthy as I've ever felt, and can lose/gain weight fairly easy. Been doing this for years.

Look up sammy55 on here. He does something similar, but takes 1-2 days a week to fast.... Just spreads them out.

Fasting is great, not just for leaning out, but for overall health.
 
I watched a vid on GH with Dr. Serrano and he said it doesn't make a difference when you take it or if you fasted or not before taking it
 
Hgh doesn't lubricate anything. It increases collagen synthesis therefore provides what you think is relief by speeding up the healing process.
 
Follow Leangains where they fast everyday for 16 hours.

I find the fat loss to be somewhat amazing
 
Yes fasting could be great for fatloss and overall health. Now that you will go catabolic but adding in HGH or HGH Frag when fasted will be great for helping maintain muscle through the process.

I saw the thread but I didn't watch the video I need to watch it
 
that video is broscience (the numbers are pulled outta the ass obviously or they only relate to a small temporary window)

however

fasting is a GREAT tool for health (insulin sensitivity) and weight loss

ive think ive also seen a study showing that twice a week fasting (for the whole day or just a small amount of protein only for these days) gives the exact same fat loss results that a much higher total weekly caloric restriction (with being in a deficit EVERY day) gives (and i think even less lean mass loss), so there are definitely positive effects on the metabolism

some good stuff here too

Hell Yes, Fasted cardio strips fat off me like crazy. I usually do it around 5am or so, with last meal night before around 5 or 6pm.
