Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, so I'll tell you all a little about myself, so we get off on the right foot.

I'm 29, married, no kids, employed, and Australian.

I've been lifting for about 6 years, 3 seriously (diet in check etc), and I feel I'm ready for my 1st cycle.

I'm 6,1" , 207lbs, 13%bf, blood work is good.

Week 1-10[/B]
- 500mg week Test E
- 400mg Eq
- 12.5mg Liquid exemestane ED

Week 11
- 300mg Test E
- 300mg Eq
- 12.5mg Liquid exemestane ED

Week 12
- 200mg Test E
- 200mg Eq
- 12.5mg Liquid exemestane ED



Seeing as Australian customs are crusading, It's pretty much impossible to get vials/amps through, so HCG isn't an option unfortunately. I highly doubt orals would make it through customs either.


There seems to be a lot of contradicting information out there, and it can get confusing.

You just need Test only. Save the nolva for any sides you come across like gyno during your cycle. Ditch the clomid until after your cycle. Also, I think you'd do fantastic with 500mgs for a first cycle. Save the higher doses for when you need it. Do some more research on pct and hcg and just in general. Whats the breakdown on your diet and training? Thats most important obviously. Good luck.

My original plan was to go with just 500mg test a week, but a buddy recommended adding some EQ to round out the cycle.

My training has been pretty good for the last 3 years, so I think i'll just build on that. Basically 3 days a week lifting, I try to keep it intense.

At the moment, I also run 3 days a week, for about 30-45 mins, which i'll probably cut down to walking while on cycle.

Diet is pretty much under control I think.

Breakfast

Oatmeal (water)
Banana
Protein shake (water)
Flax oil
Multi vitamin

10am
Protein shake (water)
Can tuna in springwater

Lunch
Chicken breast
Brown rice
Mixed veg
Protein shake (water)

3pm
Can tuna in springwater
250ml drinking yoghurt
15 almonds

Workout is usually around 5pm

Post workout Protein shake
Orange Juice
Creatine/Glutamine

Dinner

Either Steak/chicken/fish
Vegetables
some form of low GI carb

Before bed

Cottage cheese
Protein shake
Flax oil


I really want to do this right, but so many different opinions on what is best. It can get confusing!

Honeslty I think you should just run test at 200-300mg per week for 8-12 weeks and call it a cycle..do PCT (clomid/Nova) for a few weeks (2-3) clean out for a couple months (8-10 weeks)...Then do the same cycle over again...(as long as you continue to grow, no need to up the doses) If you feel like things are starting to stall a bit, then up the test to 300-400mg per week...Just take your time, and be safe...You will grow pretty well as long as your diet and training are in check...good luck

Now for some advice.................Just start your cycle at 250-300mg test onlly per week. See how this goes for the first four weeks, then ramp up to 500 and leave it there for the remainder of your cycle. If all goes well with training and diet you should be pleasantly surprised. Then look toward building your next cycle. You need to know how your body reacts to this first before you go and start adding shit in. Just my opinion and experience. Good luck!

I didn't realize Oz customs actually prosecuted people for seizing personal quantities. That really sucks.

I was under the impression they mailed a seizure letter, which nobody ever responds to, and seeing as they can't prove that you had it sent, it doesn't go any further.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask this, if not, I'll edit and delete: Does anyone know if the stealth from Alin is making it through Oz customs, or if it's hit and miss?
They are hard cases here and it does depend on what you are trying to have shipped in. If they know what it is IE aas then you might expect a visit because they want to rid society of the hard core crims in this country!!! LOL. If it is only banned supplements then a letter will usually come.
 
i agree cut out the clomid,take the nolva if you need it,its only ur first cycle so side effects would be really low % for u,also be carful man u dont wanna get caught by customs and start lifting in jail
 
Your diet needs an overhaul. First, cut out the shakes. Get used to eating whole food sources. You should eat a balanced meal consisting of high protein, moderate EFAs and carbs in every meal. Use protein shakes as a supplement to your diet, not a staple. Flax seed oil is okay, but extra virgin olive oil and other oils of the like will serve you better. Put variety in all your carbs, fats, and proteins. Variety in your diet will make things more enjoyable, and you'll be healthier too. What about training? List everything you do.

Hey Ness, I know the shakes aren't ideal, but with work, it's all I can manage sometimes. I generally prepare a weeks worth of baked chicken breast/brown rice/mixed veg for lunch, and take the canned tuna out of convenience. I'll try to get more whole foods in and also work in some olive oil.

As far as training goes, I'm not one of those guys that likes to train certain muscles only on certain days. I prefer a full body workout 3 days a week, and running on off-days. I try to keep it simple and just hit the basics hard and heavy: squats, bench, deadlift, incline, row, shoulder press, calf raises, etc, until failure.

It is very confusing but after reading and researching and learning things will start to make sense.And you want the knowlege to make these decisions based on what is best for you personally,not what a "seasoned" (supposedly anyway,as this is the internet) guy suggests.So many opinions and ways to run compounds that you need to educate yourself and be in charge of your own health by having knowlege.
Be smart and safe,don't ruin your health by putting these decisions to people on the internet.;)

Oh I didn't even see the date.good to hear your researching and learning.You will be much better and safer having the knowlege yourself and it isn't rocket science,but takes some time to learn.Good luck and stay healthy.
 
I didn't notice the date either, but curious as to whether you've started your first cycle yet and/or how you decided to run it. Please keep us posted!

i 2nd that ,,,, i would also say you do not need nolva and clomid concurrently as they work through similar mechanisms, like the others said add clomid a week after your last shot. but i don't know if this matters now!:)
