Wrist Wrap Tightness

I've been using wrist WRAPS for a few months now with great success (broken both wrists a few years back, never been the same).

But how tight should they actually be (I'm talking the 12" or more ones)?

I ask this because I tighten mine as tight as I can almost and they definitely cut off my circulation - but work great. Then I see people walking around gym with them on and not ever tightening/loosening them, when I have to loosen/tighten every working set because of blood.

Am I wearing them too tight?

Thanks guys!

I'm the same...crank mine down as tight as I can get them, then when the set is over I loosen them. I get better support/lifts when they are tight.

tight as possible

i only wrap for heavy pressing movements
maybe a few set for that day

To get the most wrist stability, make sure you wrap the bottom part of your hand too. This will stabilize your hand so it can't move back.

I've seen other pro's do the same thing as Branch in this video:
look @ 1:15-1:30 no way put it on REAL tight. Also he and his lifting partner have it loose enough to keep it on in between lifts.
