Well I think it looks lame and if your a speed enthusiest i dont think it will suit your style

Looks like a fun toy...especially if you have a buddy with access to one to cruise with. I viewed the video on the site and they're using it on the beach pretty much by the water...Wondering the warranty on that...Also wondering the legality of it?!?
Looks like they kept it at 49cc's as to not hit 50cc. Anything 50cc's+ will get ya a DUI if you've had a few too many in the state of CA.
Anyways, 45mph is the top speed...That's fast enough on a skateboard for me...Bigger people are going to hit pretty hard if they are to crash at a speed close to that

that game was AWESOME! i loved making my own courses, man i miss that game. DUCK HUNT was my other favorite

looks kinda cool at first but then like you said its only 49cc's if you are over 200lbs its not going to go very fast i would imagine. Also I dont like that hand held throttle that seems like it would get in the way. Also the video shows the people riding on it going in a straight line the wheels are big so I would amagine the turning radius on it sucks. Another thing I didnt see was how you braked.

its 45kph not 45mph... I dont see you getting too injured, especially on a beach. If you're 250lbs, you're gonna hit the ground pretty hard, but ankle injuries and getting hit by cars are probably your biggest concern.
